Challenge

Managing the sole layout production for The Business Advertiser – a five-county newspaper, while simultaneously executing visual revamps of the Dan Gemus Real Estate brand and handling audio/video distribution for their media arm.

Solution

I implemented an organized, template-driven layout system for the newspaper and real estate assets (flyers, banners, digital ads). I also expanded my output to handle multimedia workflows, producing monthly statistical videos and managing the podcast distribution pipeline. Concurrently, I directed the complete event branding for local initiatives like The Amherstburg Chamber of Commerce’s Business Excellence Awards, Dan Gemus’ Country at Heart charity drive, and Amherstburg Ribfest.

Result

Delivered a unified, modernized visual standard across all entities, maintained flawless publication schedules for print and digital channels, and successfully branded major regional events that drove strong community engagement.
